Meet the Team
Mikey and Tyler grew up as childhood friends in the small capital of Missouri. After reconnecting during college, Mikey and Tyler decided to create Innovative Start Organization with the goal to bridge the gap from adolescence to adulthood. With the addition of Chris, who gained a following on social media through his tips and tricks of navigating the financial world; the three were able to come together with this common goal: Creating a better future for youth in the working world through financial literacy and well being!
